We strive to deliver products of the highest quality. Therefore, we only accept returns in the case of a defect in the received product.

If you have received a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt via info@macandparts.shop. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

After reviewing your request, we will inform you whether you qualify for a return or a replacement product. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note: Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not covered by our return policy.
